Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To Qualify For a Return:

  • Pyjamas must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • All tags or size labels must still be attached.
  • Pet pyjamas must be free of pet hair, fur, odors, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance or final-sale dog-print designs
  • Personalized pyjamas (e.g., with your dog’s name)
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products (if any)

How to Start a Return?

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for size or style changes, as long as stock permits.
  • For faster service, you may return the item and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If your dog-themed pyjamas arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days with photos and we will replace or refund the item.
